Purpose
Dubbo Christian School's purpose is to provide high quality schooling which is Bible based and Christ centred. It provides professional support to parents in their God given task to instruct their children in all aspects of their lives so that they can grow up as mature Christian citizens prepared to contribute positively to society.

To parents and students
The school will provide, consistent with resources available, quality schooling for its students driven by its values. The school is a community of partnership between parents, employees, and students, characterised by appropriate involvement by all parties in school life.
To employees
Employees will be provided with good and safe conditions of work. Employees are valued for their contribution, and will be supported in professional development and training to enable each member of staff to fulfill their role for the benefit of the whole school community.
To society
The school seeks to be a positive and valued member of the local, state and national community reflecting God's goodness and the gospel of Jesus in all that we do. It will operate ethically and will fulfill the reasonable requirements of government authorities.
Distinctiveness
The school is founded on Christianity. The values of the school which current parents have sought by enrolling their children will be preserved as a matter of principle. Our distinctiveness is due to our Christian community's service to Jesus Christ in response to the salvation He has made available to all who seek it.
